In 2012, I took up pottery as a form of relaxation. Throwing on the wheel was mesmerizing. After I retired from education in 2019, I immersed myself in all aspects of ceramics. Since then, it has become a major passion. I have taken courses in several studios including Ancient Echo Arts- Chelmsford MA, The Potters Shop and School- Needham MA, as well as at The Rehoboth Art League- Rehoboth DE. Additionally, I attended in a few online courses run by Matt Katz: Understanding Glazes Online, Advancing Glazes and Crystal Ball.
